Genesis Special Needs Youth Club
To make sure that we can keep you safe on Club Nights
and so we can tell you about important things that are going to happen
we need to hold some personal details about you that has been
given to us by you, or your parents/carers.

What you can and cannot eat or drink when you are at the Club

We will keep all your details safe and will not give it to anyone else to use.

You can ask us for a copy of your details at any time.

All the reasons for the Club having your details are given above.

If there is anything else we need to know about you we will ask you or your parents/carers first.

If you decide not to come to Club in the future we will hold your information for
one more school/college term (just in case you change your mind).
​
After that we will safely destroy all the paper with your details
so it cannot be used again.
